Great facilities and local service, but...
The facilities are top notch and the customer service from the local rep, Josh was stellar. I do, however, have an issue with the corporate policy of not granting the $1 move in special to existing customers. I'm sure you're all covered, that it's written someplace in all the fine print on the web application, but, I was caught off guard when Josh advised me that the special didn't apply to me. He was professional and polite about it, so, I had no issue with him. But, really? So, let's get this right, a loyal customer cannot get a free month but someone new off the street can? Had I paid more attention, I would've taken my new business to a competitor. It's just storage so there's not many way to differentiate from my perspective, beyond cost. Now that I'm aware of your policy, when I arrive in my new location, I won't even bother looking at your properties. Why should I? There's zero benefit to being loyal to you. Time to rethink your loyalty strategy. You couldn't possibly have it any more wrong.
