Customer service could be better..
Not bad for the price. I was not pleased with the service though since it was their last storage unit of that size I got. I made a reservation to move into a few days after I saw the deal online. Then they called me to tell me that my reservation would not be held if I did not show up earlier then the day I made my reservation for, and threatened they give it to some one else. It had put me in a difficult situation with time. Which is why I made a reservation in the first place. Just beware. If they are afraid to lose a sale of a unit, it will be because of their customer service. But in things that they can't control, like a customer's own situation, you think they would have respect and understanding instead of threatening and pushing the sale on someone. You already had a sale, you did not need to threaten it and push for the sale you were going to get already.
