Had some issues
I had a few issues. The main roll up entry door did not function. Someone had crashed into it. Also my assigned door code did not work on the regular door which caused a lot of issues getting access to the building. Another renter had to let me in thru the exit roll-up door. My code did work for the exit door though. I tried calling the 800 after hours access hotline number but was disconnected/hung up on 6 times in a row. I never was able to reach anyone. I finally found a customer service chat when I got home and the cust serv rep said he had corrected the door code issue, but that is yet to be seen. I will try it again tonight. So, yeah. all-in-all not a great introduction to public storage. I also spoke to several other renters that told me the broken roll-up door is a regular occurance. I also was unable to access the restroom onsite. The doors were locked which makes zero sense to me. The facility was pretty clean, but I would have trouble recommending public storage to friends or family. Thank yo
