Issue on my move in day
I was unable to get in with the gate code and had to contact customer service. That took 20 minutes because it was virtual agent. Then when gate code was fixed the gate wouldn't open all the way. Another customer push the gate to open it. After that it was hard to get the lock in the pull down unit. The lock got stuck because of the plate or something and I had to put my stuff in other unit. They had to drill the lock off my unit and put a new plate and lock which took a day. When I went to get the keys, I had to move the few items I had and put it in the storage with my other things. Because the worker was alone, there was no one to help me. I was provided a cart but I had mattresses.. let's just say it was a mess. The gate wasn't fixed either. Another that the place is clean but for the $200 a month I have to pay, it should of ran alot smoother.
