First Time Storage Rental User

As a first time storage facility user, I had a pleasant experience with the manager. I received a great price for the unit itself from Spare Foot. My only negative comment is that this facility requires you purchase their monthly insurances on top of purchasing a specific lock to lock your actual unit. This may be the same for every facility, I just think it’s kind of not right that they say you’re not able to find/use your own insurance if you so choose.

Management very helpful and knowledgable

First time I have ever had to rent storage . Was not sure what to expect but am very pleased with my decision . Convenient to my home and security appears to be top notch
